Meet Our Doctors
Ramya Rangamannar, Psy.D
Director of Pediatric Neuropsychology and Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr. Ramya Rangamannar earned her bachelor’s degree from Barnard College at Columbia University and her master's and doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford. She completed her pre-doctoral clinical internship at the University of Florida and post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at the Children’s Hospital Colorado.
Over the last decade, Dr. Ramya has gained clinical expertise in a multitude of settings (i.e., medical, psychiatric, private practice) with children from early toddlerhood through early adulthood. Despite specialization in pediatrics, Dr. Ramya has also worked with younger and older adult populations in her training. She prides herself on understanding the "whole child" in the context of their home/family, school, and social realms and in providing families with tangible resources and recommendations in supporting their child’s development and success.
Hello! My name is Ramya, and I am looking forward to getting to know you. I work with kids of all ages. My job is to help others understand how you learn and think; so they can help you feel more successful and confident every day. A day with me will feel like a day at school (although I like to think it is a little more interesting because the day is all about YOU). I will get to know your brain through a number of different tasks such as questions, puzzles, writing, and drawing.
When I am not in the office, I love spending time with my friends and family. I am a Bollywood dance teacher and grew up learning all kinds of dance (ballet, tap, jazz, modern, hip-hop). I am pretty new to Colorado, but I love exploring it by hiking and camping. I would love to know if you have a favorite place you've visited in Colorado or if you have a favorite dance move to share!
Meghan Lechuga, Psy.D
Director of Adult Neuropsychology and Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr. Meghan Lechuga earned her doctoral degree with a concentration in neuropsychology from William James College. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Staten Island University Hospital and her two-year postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at Columbia University Medical Center.
Dr. Lechuga’s clinical training has focused on the assessment of adults and older adults with a variety of neurological conditions, including diseases causing dementia, movement disorders, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, stroke, brain cancer, and autoimmune disorders. She also has experience working with patients navigating the functional challenges associated with ADHD, learning disability, mood disorders, and complex medical conditions. She is dedicated to helping patients understand the causes of cognitive changes and providing patients with recommendations individually tailored to meet their needs. She is also interested in helping adults understand the normal cognitive changes expected across the lifespan and take action to preserve brain health throughout the aging process. Dr. Lechuga primarily sees adult and older adult patients.
Hi there! My name is Meghan, and you might see me around the office. I work mostly with adults, but I love chatting with kiddos too! I help people understand strengths and weaknesses in their thinking abilities.
Outside of the office, I love spending time outdoors with my family. You might catch me hiking up a mountain, skiing down a steep slope, running a trail, or cruising on my bike. You might even find me on a rock climbing wall! I love reading, baking bread, soaking up the sun, and chasing my toddler around on the playground!
Meghan T. Lee, Ph.D
Clinical Neuropsychologist and Founder
Dr. Meghan T. Lee earned her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and both her master’s and Ph.D. from Auburn University. She furthered her education in Neuropsychology through UC Berkeley Extension and Brigham Young University.
Hi everyone! Thank you for taking the time to visit my page and learn a little bit about me. To start, you can call me Meg, and I am what’s called a “Pediatric Neuropsychologist.” This means that I study the brains of children, teenagers, college students, and young working professionals. Said differently, I help kids understand how their brain works, what their strengths and weaknesses are (we all have them!), and how they can be the BEST version of themselves in life. Sounds pretty cool, right?
When I’m not learning about brains, I like spending time with my pets Dobby (Chihuahua), Finn (Great Dane), and Rylee (Great Dane), as well as my friend’s dog Bruno (mastiff). You’ll probably hear me talk about them a lot! I also love to travel, spend time with friends, and watch sports. As you can see, my husband (Matt) and I used to go to Red Sox games when we lived in Boston. However, since we both grew up in Colorado, we are definitely Rockies fans at heart.
Dorothy Nguyen-Daniels, Psy.D
Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr. Dorothy Nguyen-Daniels earned her doctoral degree with a concentration in neuropsychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Truman Memorial Veterans’ Hospital in Missouri and her two-year postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita. In addition, she obtained a master’s degree in gerontological counseling from Adler University in Illinois.
Dr. Nguyen-Daniels provides comprehensive outpatient evaluations of adults and older adults presenting with various neurological conditions, including dementia, mild cognitive impairment, concussion/traumatic brain injury, neurodegenerative disease, stroke, cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, movement disorders, autoimmune disorders, and complex medical/psychiatric conditions. She also has experience conducting pre-surgical evaluations (e.g., epilepsy, DBS) and inpatient consultations. In her clinical work, Dr. Nguyen-Daniels strives to use a thorough, compassionate, and culturally-sensitive approach that enables patients to understand better their strengths, areas of growth, and helpful resources to function and feel their best.
Hi there! My name is Dorothy. I'm a neuropsychologist who studies how the brain works—like how you think, feel, act, and even get along with others. I work with adults, but I'm a big kid at heart, so don't hesitate to say hello next time you see me.
I love spending time with my husband, daughter, and dog when I'm not in the office. I also love going to the gym, hiking (that includes 14ers!), mountain biking, trail running, snowboarding, or even completing an obstacle course race or half-marathon. Being active and outdoors are important to me. I also love to travel, especially to California, where I'm originally from. Who doesn't love soaking up the sun by the beach?!
Jacqueline Slemp, Psy.D
Clinical Neuropsychologist
Nicole Liedike, Psy.D
Clinical Neuropsychology Resident
Nicole Liedike earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wilmington University and her master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She completed her pre-doctoral internship in clinical psychology at a private practice in Colorado Springs, CO that primarily focused on neurodevelopmental, psychological, and neuropsychological assessments with populations ranging from 18 months of age in older adulthood.
Nicole’s training experience prior to her graduate career was in acute psychiatric hospitalization care working with adolescents, adults, older adults, and dual diagnosis populations. During her graduate career, she has worked with preschool-aged children in a school setting, and with adults and older adults in private psychological practice and outpatient medical settings providing therapeutic support and conducting psychological and neuropsychological evaluations. Her future career goal is to become a board-certified neuropsychologist focusing on assessment for traumatic brain injury and neurodegeneration populations. With her passion for neuropsychological assessment, Nicole is enthusiastic about completing her lifespan residency in clinical neuropsychology at Horizon Neuropsychological Services.
Hi! My name is Nicole, and I am very excited to meet you. Spending the day with me is similar to things you do in school. You’ll solve puzzles, answer questions, and tell me about things that are difficult for you. Our time together will help me learn about your strengths and things that you might struggle with. It’s my job to see how you learn best in order to provide you with tools to be successful and feel confident in yourself.
Here are a few things about me: I grew up in New Jersey and lived in California for a few years before moving here to Colorado. I really enjoy exercising, whether being in the gym or hiking, and I absolutely love traveling and exploring new places. I have two dogs and a cat that keep me entertained and I love spending time with family and friends having bonfires or just spending time outside soaking up the sun.
Molly Sullan, Ph.D
Faculty Affiliate
Dr. Molly Sullan earned her doctorate degree in clinical psychology, with a specialization in neuropsychology, from the University of Florida. She completed her pre-doctoral internship and her two-year neuropsychology fellowship at the VA San Diego Healthcare System/University of California, San Diego.
Dr. Sullan’s research has focused on understanding the relationship between post-traumatic sleep difficulties and cognitive, psychological, and physiological recovery for patients with a history of acquired brain injury (e.g., traumatic brain injury and stroke). Clinically, she has experience in the assessment of a broad spectrum of neurological disorders both in inpatient and outpatient settings, including brain tumors, epilepsy and movement disorders (e.g., Parkinson’s disease), memory disorders and dementia, stroke and cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, demyelinating lesions, autoimmune disorders, complex psychiatric concerns, substance use disorders, and neurodevelopmental considerations.
Dr. Sullan is an affiliate faculty member at Horizon, which means that she does not currently see patients clinically. She works in research and remains involved with the HNS didactic series related to the HNS training program.
Hi! My name is Molly, and I am a neuropsychologist. I work in research, which means that I get to learn all about the brain and how it functions. A little about me—I was born and raised in Colorado, so when I am not in the office, I am usually outside doing all the fun things that this beautiful state has to offer: hiking, skiing, camping, and hanging out with my family, which includes my husband, daughter, and our two cats! I love to play soccer and am a huge fan of most Colorado sports teams (Go Broncos!). Since I went to the University of Florida, I will always be a Gator at heart as well!
