Madison holds a bachelor's degree in behavioral and cognitive neuroscience with a minor in biomedical sciences from Colorado State University. She led the CSU Neuroscience Mentoring Program, guiding students through their first-year academic experiences. With experience working across various age groups, Madison looks forward to engaging with patients at the Horizon office. Her goal is to be a welcoming presence, providing comfort to families seeking assistance. Madison aspires to pursue further education and become a doctor to support individuals facing neurological challenges and promote understanding of the brain.

Savannah earned her bachelor's degree from Colorado State University in health and exercise science with a concentration in sports medicine. She has clinical experience as a Behavioral Technician working with kids on the spectrum.

During her time as a clinician, Savannah has discovered her more profound passion for medicine and is pursuing a future as a Physician Assistant (PA). She hopes to work in the emergency room, where her passion for helping others will impact various patients.

Karrie is an outstanding administrative professional with over 10 years of experience in the medical industry. Throughout her career, she has consistently made strides in creating organizational changes, improving communications, and enhancing patient care. She combines her finely tuned expertise with a passion for patient care to provide an exemplary experience. With an engaging and affable demeanor, Karrie is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where all patients feel comfortable, safe, and well-cared for. She looks forward to growing with the Horizon team and furthering the organization's meaningful mission.

Mounya Meharzi, who prefers to be called Moon, is a dedicated Neuroscience student at the University of Colorado Boulder, with a passion for understanding the intricate workings of the brain. With hands-on clinical experience supporting children on the autism spectrum, Moon has found her calling in pediatric psychiatry. Her deep interest in psychology and brain functions fuels her commitment to a future where she can make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Matt Mullens is a seasoned software development and system architecture professional boasting extensive experience across diverse industries and technologies. At the forefront of technical initiatives at Horizon Neuro, Matt is instrumental in elevating operational efficiency.

Committed to advancing Horizon Neuro's mission, he has furthered his expertise through specialized training in Psychometry at Horizon Neuro, focusing on academic testing. Matt's electrical and computer engineering studies at the University of Colorado, Boulder, also bring a solid foundation to his new psychometrist role.

Matt is enthusiastic about leveraging his experience and skills and is ready to deliver optimal care to patients and their families.

Frankie graduated from Golden High School in May 2023 with an excellency nomination in speech and debate, as well as a distinguished scholar merit from the NSDA. He volunteered for the Helping Hands Club during the school year and completed a formal neuropsychology internship at Horizon Neuropsychological Services during his senior year.

Frankie is currently attending Colorado University at Boulder where he is majoring in psychology with the intention of eventually pursuing his master’s and doctoral degree in clinical neuropsychology. Currently, Frankie is a psychometrist and billing assistant at Horizon Neuropsychological Services, where he will continue working throughout college.

Tyler is a fourth-year student at the University of Colorado Boulder. She is pursuing her bachelor's degree in psychology, and her ambition is to ultimately earn a master's degree in clinical psychology. Tyler is thrilled to bring her knowledge to Horizon Neuro. She hopes to be a friendly face and helping hand to the clients and their families!
